ik ontving gisteren een mail van Departement Leefmilieu ivm een aanpassing van de biocide wetgeving. Voor gebruikers zag ik volgende aanpassing staan:

Since 20 May 2016, sellers and users of biocidal products classified into the closed circuit are
subject to various obligations. However, these obligations have been reviewed and are set out in
the new royal decree of 17 June 2018 amending the royal decree of 8 May 2014. Please find below
the legal provisions reviewed that will become effective for users as of 12 July 2018.

- It is no longer mandatory for users to report either volumes of purchase or volumes of use.

- Users of biocidal products classified into the closed circuit have to annually confirm their status as registered users through a web application annually, i.e. by 31st December.
- The registration obligation applying to users of biocidal product classified into the closed circuit will become effective as of 31 December 2018.

Ik versta hieruit dat wij dus niet langer per kwartaal de aangekocht en gebruikte hoeveelheden biociden moeten aangeven. Enkel een jaarlijkse melding dat we nog steeds geregistreerde gebruikers zijn.
